1990 Jaguar XJS Rouge

Jay Kovacs - 1990 Jaguar XJS Rouge

Jaguar is quintessential of Englishness. A blend of advanced technology, old-world craftsmanship and tasteful style with a distinction. That is why I have owned and championed Jaguar motor cars.

Although the E Type Sport Series is acclaimed, the successor of the D Type, Victor of the 1955 French LeMans, Sir Williams Lyons crowning achievement was the XJ12 Series. The XC and XJS were the fastest production four-seaters in the world, with handling and braking to match.

Jaguar’s excellent engineered twelve-cylinder aluminum block 5.3 Litre V12, single-cam could endure power which had prodigious torque, equipped with transistorized split ignition and digital electronic fuel injection.

Competitive motorsports has shown Jaguar to be dominant, liken to the World Championship at Nurburgring in Germany, the Daytona 24 Hours and at the LeMans 24 Hours were Jaguar finished first and second.
